Educational Resources Here you will find educational documents for parents and teachers to use to teach students and children about rural Florida history as well as educational tools for children to use during their visit to Cracker Country. Parent and Teacher Resources These worksheets provide parents and teachers with ideas of how to actively children with information about rural Florida history, museum etiquette and how a museum works so a child can understand their surroundings during their museum visit. Grades K-5 Educational Tools during Visit These worksheets will help children record information they learned during their visit to Cracker Country. They also provide activities and challenges for children to do during their visit. These worksheets are suggested for family visits and group outings, not for school tours. General Worksheets for Teachers These worksheets provide general tools that teachers can use to teach their students about rural Florida in 1898. They can be used to compare modern day life with life in 1898, discuss what students learned during their visit to Cracker Country, and what they are still interested in learning in the future.
