The Blacksmith shop is built just as one would have been in the 1900s, although it is not an original structure, it serves as an accurate representation.  In early rural communities of Florida, the blacksmith would have been one of the most important members. During select times at Cracker Country, visitors can see a real blacksmith practicing his trade, just as it was done in the days of Florida’s pioneers.
